User Guidelines & Terms of Use

The PIAS Premier Privilege Card Program, administrated by PIAS, offers in-kind rewards to the eligible persons specified in paragraph 1 of the Terms and Conditions below, who: (a) opt in to join PIAS’ Premier Privilege Card Membership Program via the mode prescribed by PIAS and accept the following terms and conditions; (b) who have been accepted by PIAS into the Program as members; and (c) who have been issued with a PIAS Premier Privilege Card (“Members”).

*Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility (Opt in only)
   • Existing Staff of PIAS
   • Existing Financial Advisory Representative of PIAS
   • Existing client of PIAS
2. Membership Privileges
   PIAS reserves the right to update the list of participating merchants in its absolute discretion from time to time without notice or liability to Members.
3. Enrollment Process
   • Upon receipt of the Eligible Person’s opt-in form, PIAS will assess the applicant’s eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. PIAS reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reject any opt-in form if it assesses that the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements for membership.
   • If the application submission is approved, PIAS will notify the applicant via email to collect the PIAS Premier Privilege Card (Physical Card) from a designated PIAS Financial Advisory Representative.
4. Membership Fees
   There is no membership fee.
5. Usage of Benefits
   Members may redeem the privileges of their choice as specified by the participating merchants, either:
   • by following the journey and processes set out in the Website; or
   • by presenting their Premier Privilege Card physically at the point of redemption / purchase at the participating merchant;
   in accordance with the participating merchant’s terms and conditions.
6. Termination of Membership
   PIAS reserves the right in its discretion to revoke a Member’s membership at any time without notice or liability (including but not limited to upon the occurrence of the following events)):
   • Violation of Terms and Conditions: If a Member breaches the Program's terms and conditions;
   • Misconduct: If a Member engages in or is suspected to have engaged in behavior/conduct that is deemed inappropriate, unethical, or harmful to PIAS or other Members;
   • Fraudulent Activity: If a Member engages in any form of fraudulent or dishonest activity or misrepresentation;
   • Health and Safety Risks: If a Member poses a health or safety risk to others;
   • Legal Issues: If a Member has criminal proceedings against him or is convicted of a crime, including but not limited to those involving moral turpitude; or
   • Insolvency: If a Member becomes bankrupt, insolvent or unable to pay the Member’s debts as they fall due.
7. Voluntary Withdrawal: Members may choose to withdraw their membership voluntarily by providing a written email instruction to enquiry@pias.sg
